Matrixdock Completes Second Consecutive Year of Independent Reserve Verification, Continuously Enhancing Reserve Transparency System

Two Consecutive Years of Independent Verification, Continuously Improving the Reserve Transparency System

According to information released by Matrixdock, this represents its fourth consecutive semi-annual independent reserve audit and the second consecutive year that Bureau Veritas has performed the independent reserve verification.

Matrixdock stated that consistently using the same independent audit firm for verification helps establish a stable and consistent verification process. It also allows the auditor to gain a deeper understanding of its reserve structure, making it easier to identify potential anomalies in the future. As tokenized assets gradually integrate into financial infrastructure, long-term trust comes not just from a single audit, but from a stable and ongoing verification mechanism.

Matrixdock refers to this system, composed of multi-layered verification mechanisms, as the Reserve Transparency Stack. It provides holders with continuous verifiability of the underlying assets backing the tokens.

Audit Scope Extended to XAGm, Completing Physical Verification of Precious Metal Reserves

According to Bureau Veritas’s audit findings, this audit conducted a physical verification of Matrixdock’s precious metal reserves and confirmed that the reserve assets matched Matrixdock’s records.

The audit covered a total of 574 gold and silver bars from LBMA (London Bullion 市场 Association)-accredited refiners, stored across three institutional-grade vaults:

● Malca-Amit Singapore (audit completed on July 3, 2026)

● Brink’s Hong Kong (audit completed on July 8, 2026)

● Brink’s Singapore (audit completed on July 15, 2026)

During the audit process, all precious metal bars were individually weighed and measured. Compared to the H2 2025 audit, 26 new gold bars were added, and the audit scope expanded to include 66 silver bars.

As of the audit date, XAUm (代币ized Gold):

● Total gold bars audited: 508

● Corresponding gold weight: 16,331.184 troy ounces

● Total XAUm in circulation: 16,331.179 tokens, distributed as follows:

         EVM Chains: 11,242.657 tokens;

         Sui Network: 2,677.413 tokens;

         Solana Network: 1,575.248 tokens;

         Stellar Network: 771.552 tokens;

● Based on a gold price of $4,046.86 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $66.09 million.

This semi-annual independent reserve audit also covered XAGm (代币ized Silver). As of the audit date:

● Total silver bars audited: 66

● Corresponding silver weight: 65,934 troy ounces

● Total XAGm in circulation: 65,998.551 tokens, distributed as follows:

Ethereum Network: 33,004.219 tokens;

Sui Network: 32,990 tokens;

● Current ozPerToken: 0.999021918;

● Based on a silver price of $61.24 per troy ounce, the corresponding asset value is approximately $4.04 million.

The audit results show that all precious metal bars were reconciled against relevant vault records, with no discrepancies found. As of the audit date, assets backing XAUm matched the number of tokens in circulation; assets backing XAGm, after applying the corresponding ozPerToken value, also matched the number of tokens in circulation.

From Periodic Audits to Continuous Verification, Reserve Transparency is Becoming a Foundational Capability for On-Chain Finance

In addition to semi-annual independent reserve audits, Matrixdock continuously discloses monthly reserve asset reports, on-chain Proof of Reserves for its precious metal products, and the Gold Allocation Lookup tool. This tool allows holders to query the mapping relationship between specific gold bars and their corresponding tokens, enabling continuous verification of underlying assets that does not rely solely on periodic audit results, together forming a continuously updated record of transparency.

Matrixdock stated that it will continue to evaluate the possibility of collaborating with global third-party service providers to further enhance asset-level verification capabilities for off-chain reserve assets, while safeguarding client privacy.

When underlying reserves remain consistently verifiable, these reserve assets can participate in more on-chain financial scenarios, such as institutional fund management, financial applications, and lending markets. As tokenized assets evolve from mere asset mapping tools into financial infrastructure, the ongoing verifiability of underlying reserves is becoming a key foundation for assessing the quality of reserve assets. This fourth consecutive completion of the semi-annual independent reserve audit demonstrates Matrixdock’s long-term commitment to building the Reserve Layer for on-chain finance.

Author: Asher (@Asher_0210) The prediction market is facing a clearer regulatory framework. On June 10, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued a proposed rule aimed at adjusting the review process for event contracts. According to the CFTC announcement, the proposal would amend Regulation 40.11 and add a new Appendix F, designed to evaluate whether event contracts in prediction markets involve terrorism, assassination, war, or illegal activities, and whether such contracts violate the public interest. Through this proposed rule, the CFTC seeks to establish a judgment framework—determining which events can be financialized and which should be barred from the market. For the rapidly expanding prediction market, this proposed rule from the CFTC could mark a critical turning point. In recent years, the two leading prediction platforms, Kalshi and Polymarket, have…
