BitMart Subscribers Achieve 40% Real Allocation for SpaceX, Trading Now Open with No Lock-up Period
Leading global 加密currency exchange BitMart announced today that bSPCX, a tokenized fund equity linked to SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) launched via BitMart IPOPrime, will officially open for trading on the BitMart secondary market after meeting liquidity conditions. This follows SpaceX’s Nasdaq debut this morning at an issuance price of $135.
The key factor today is “share allocation.” 市场 demand for SpaceX far exceeded supply, with multiple platforms having to issue full refunds after failing to secure allotments. BitMart secured primary allocation resources and distributed them to every IPOPrime subscriber—none went empty-handed. Each user’s subscription was allocated on a pro-rata basis (average actual allocation per person was approximately 40%), with the unallocated portion automatically refunded.
Since bSPCX has no underlying lock-up period, holders can trade and exit immediately based on real-time Nasdaq reference prices—this is not a synthetic index, nor does it require waiting for six months.
Nenter Chow, Global CEO of BitMart, stated: “When demand exceeds supply, the ability to secure inventory is everything. We obtained the allocation and ensured that every subscribing user received a share—and with no lock-up period, they can act today, not six months from now.”

Combined with earlier rounds, total funding has now approached nearly $10 million. Investors include Vernal Capital, Avenir Group, Vision Plus Capital, and 01VC — among which Avenir Group is Li Lin’s family office. Interestingly, almost simultaneously, another piece of news was circulating within communities: Fiat24 suspended new account applications in mainland China.
