KILLER BEE

Killer Bee

DESCRIPTION
A killer bee, also known as an Africanized honey bee, is a form of bee, a cross between the African honey bee and other European honey bees. A killer bee is more likely to swarm with other killer bees, and killer bees are much more defensive and aggressive when swarming. Killer bees live all over the world, particularly in warm, tropical climates. A killer bee is a popular candidate for beekeeping. Though a killer bee does not have more poisonous venom than other bees, killer bees are more likely to attack and sting in groups. Allergy to bee venom is dangerous with all types of bee stings, not just those from a killer bee.
